The Build Up, and a Diet Tip

The week leading up to big events makes me reevaluate everything. I hate these weeks. No matter what I do in advance, it always seems like there’s more left to do this week than can be done in a week. Entries will be short this week.

Today I’ll leave you with a dieting tip I picked up this weekend. Most, if not all, of the people reading this do BJJ, so you know all about cutting weight. On the forums there’s always a thread about it. People do weird things – enemas, colonics, starvation, wrapping up in plastic lawn bags and sitting in the car with the heater on full blast, etc.

This weekend I lost nearly 15 pounds with no effort at all! Yay, stomach virus!
