As I said yesterday, I’m adding new features to this site and rolling them out. Today I added a WAP version (a version of brianlinzy.com suitable for mobile phones.)
The site automatically detects your browser and if it’s a mobile phone you get the WAP version. Anyone visiting the site on a PC or reading in a feed reader shouldn’t notice anything different.
I’ve also created m.brianlinzy.com (DNS is still propagating as I’m writing this) which redirects to blog.brianlinzy.com. Most sites with WAP versions use that convention. Visit m.twitter.com from your phone for an example.
For right now m.brianlinzy.com simply duplicates the regular content in a lower bandwidth version, but I’m going to make some more improvements to it.
