For weeks I was getting cramps that woke me up in the middle of the night. It felt like my legs were trying to tear themselves in half. I tried a salt supplement that has been advertising a lot on social media. That fixed it immediately, but I wasn’t happy with that solution because I had to subscribe, I didn’t know if I was getting the correct amount (it’s one size fits all), and I wasn’t sure about the other ingredients. Every day I drink two cups of coffee and for rest of the day drink nothing but reverse osmosis water. Lots of water. At some point I became suspicious about all that RO water. I can’t remember why I started thinking about that. As an experiment I started drinking water from the regular tap. It’s well water that has been softened and filtered, but hasn’t been through RO. It’s been about three weeks now with no cramps.

Grappling sometimes, but mostly just trying to get others to grapple.

Testing shooting from a different position (👍), moving from the camera to the desktop (👎), and posting multiple pictures in this theme (👎). This is what I saw in three minutes.
New Wiki Fav
Here’s a contender for a new favorite Wikipedia article: List of Lists of Lists. This gives my old fav, List of Numbers, a run for the money. I love the disclaimer on the list of numbers that it “…may never be able to satisfy particular standards for completeness. You can help by adding missing items with reliable sources.”
